Hours: 8.00am-5:00pm Mon to Fri and 1 in 4 Sat 8:00am-12:30pm.

Job Overview:Workshop Controller required for a successful, long-established franchise-approved car dealership in the Tewkesbury area.
- Allocate work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensure all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervise the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and ensure the Workshop is a safe place to work
- Lead and manage the Workshop team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement effective workflow processes to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and growth
- Previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
