Workshop Controller Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at a top-performing Audi dealership in the Leeds area. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating workshop activity to meet customer requirements and maximize workshop utilization and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of workshop staff to achieve set objectives and customer expectations.
- Maximize workshop utilization and productivity to achieve set targets.
- Identify potential warranty claims as per manufacturer requirements.
- Undertake performance reviews and initiate training where needed.
Requirements:
- Main Dealer experience is essential.
- Experience within the Workshop Controller environment.
- An understanding of management and training techniques.
- Awareness of Health and Safety policies.
- The ability to be self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Excellent time management skills.
