Senior Information Security Position

At Starling Bank, we're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Leader to join our team. As a Senior Information Security Position, you'll develop and implement strategies to protect our systems and data, while leading a team of subject matter experts and analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information security strategies to protect our systems and data.
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts and analysts to ensure information security is managed and continuously improved.
  • Enhance and improve the Bank's Information and Cyber Security systems, processes, and procedures.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, leading, developing, and motivating a team of subject matter experts and other managers in Information and Cyber Security.
  • Prior experience working in a complex IT organisation encompassing service delivery, application development, and IT infrastructure.
  • An understanding of best practice within Information Security and risk management, including standards such as NIST, CIS, and OWASP.
