Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Leader to join our team in London, Southampton, or Cardiff. This senior position will play a critical role in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and driving our digital transformation efforts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing strategic plans to mitigate complex security threats. With a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of robust security solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect our systems and data from emerging threats
* Lead a team of information security analysts and subject matter experts to ensure the continuous improvement of our security posture
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize security requirements and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field
* Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a financial institution or technology company
* Strong knowledge of security technologies, including identity and access management, SIEM, and cloud computing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams

Salary:
£80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
