We invite applications for a Clinical Lecturer position at Widener University, focused on simulation-based learning. This role requires a skilled nursing educator to develop, implement, and evaluate simulation scenarios for student learning outcomes.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. They will be responsible for maintaining clinical and simulation expertise, engaging in scholarly productivity, and providing feedback to students and Course Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and evaluate simulation scenarios for student learning outcomes
- Maintain clinical and simulation expertise through continuing education and certification
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to students and Course Coordinators
Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
This salary range is based on industry standards for similar positions in the region.
