We are seeking a skilled Estimating Lead to join our team at Hays Technology. As a member of our team, you will contribute to Europe's largest clean-up project, specialising in nuclear waste treatment and disposal.

You will lead a team in providing estimating and cost modelling services for clients, developing and implementing cost estimating processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Programme controls and cost estimating experience for major projects
  • Membership or working towards a relevant professional body (e.g. ACostE)
  • Cost estimation techniques, tools, and MS Office proficiency
  • Risk analysis and realistic cost forecasts
  • Adaptable and meeting tight deadlines

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • Experience in estimating and modelling services in a highly regulated environment

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
