Health Risk Management Associate

RSD Technology is seeking a dedicated Health Risk Management Associate to join our team. As a part-time employee, you will work a minimum of 16 hours per week and be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
About the PositionIn this role, you will perform health assessments, fitness to work assessments, and health surveillance to identify potential health risks and prevent workplace ill health.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough health assessments and fitness to work evaluations to identify potential health risks
- Identifying and reporting any deviations from normal standards or procedures
- Coordinating health surveillance appointments and managing your own workflow to ensure efficient operations
- Providing accurate and confidential reports on employee health status
- Collaborating with senior OHA colleagues to maintain quality assurance standards and ensure the highest level of care
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
