About the Role
Ceredigion County Council is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Training Advisor – Health and Social Care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a forward-thinking organization that values the well-being and development of its learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality tuition and assessment in a specialism and related subjects across the appropriate Curriculum Range.
- Comply with all Ceredigion County Council and HCT Policies and Procedures.
- Undertake all duties in line with the Health & Safety Policy and undertake risk assessments as appropriate.
- Comply with individual and corporate responsibilities under the Data Protection Act and for Child Safeguarding and Vulnerable Adults.
- Take responsibility for course/personal tutorship and assist with the welfare, guidance, counselling, and induction of learners, as required.
- Oversee and take responsibility for practical projects both internal and external to HCT and visits to alternative venues.
