* Demonstrable experience in complaint handling and working in a compliance environment.
* Good knowledge of housing practices and procedures.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on customer experience.
* Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain priorities and meet deadlines.
