Job Title: SENCO Position - Calderdale School

We are seeking an experienced SENCO to join our team at a secondary school in Calderdale. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the provision of support for students with special needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the SEN department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support students with special needs
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure effective provision for students

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or QTLS
  • Have experience of working in a SENCO role
  • Be able to demonstrate a commitment to supporting students with special needs
