Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at Molton Brown Limited. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Shop Manager in the management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Assist with the implementation of visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the management of stock levels, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
