Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Wells & Co. in Bedford. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making and drive growth across our Pub Division - UK & France, and our state-of-the-art Brewery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver commercial insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of divisional performance, including variances to budget and forecast.
  • Develop and maintain detailed sales channel and brand analysis for UK, Export, Wholesale & Retail.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for sales and gross profit across divisions.
  • Conduct post-analysis of price and offer changes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support tender reviews and highlight opportunities for growth.
  • Review and monitor processes within divisions to drive efficiency and reduce duplication.
Requirements:
  • Qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial finance, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of EPOS data and/or Business Intelligence applications.
  • Ability to identify profit drivers and produce insightful analysis.
  • Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.
