Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Receptional. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management and Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, including quarterly VAT returns and year-end accounts.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting, Monitoring, and Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth, conduct financial analysis to identify risks and propose solutions, and oversee the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, establish and maintain robust internal controls, and ensure continuous compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a growing company.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred.
  • Previous experience managing a finance team.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero).
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
