Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and security at all levels, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Manage the virtualized environment, including VMWare and vCenter Server, to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Handle Windows Server environment, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS, to ensure secure and reliable operation.
  • Manage the Azure environment, including Virtual Machines, Storage, and Networking, to ensure efficient and secure operation.
  • Monitor and maintain the network environment, including Routers, Switches, and Firewalls, to ensure optimal performance and security.

Personal Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, with a strong understanding of VMWare, Windows Server, Domain, Azure, and Networking.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Knowledge of ISO procedures and compliance, with the ability to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Technical Skills:
  • Cisco, LAN/WAN, and Windows Server expertise, with experience in automation procedures and scripting.
  • Azure and Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V) skills, with the ability to manage and maintain complex IT systems.
