Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to our pupils, helping to create an outstanding learning environment that enables them to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teacher in the classroom, providing individualized attention to pupils as needed
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that materials and resources are available for pupils
  • Help to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being among pupils
  • Develop and maintain relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working with children in a school setting, with a focus on supporting learning and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of pupils and the school
