We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at First Steps Enterprise Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality, affordable day care to children and families through effective management of staff, budget, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage nursery staff and children to deliver exceptional care and education
- Develop and implement Early Years curriculum plans to promote children's learning and development
- Maintain and develop the nursery's high standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Report to the Chief Executive, providing regular updates on nursery performance and progress
- NVQ Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Significant experience with EYFS curriculum planning and implementation, good ICT and report-writing skills
- Previous supervision or management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
