Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for managers, supporting them with employee relations cases, and providing advice on performance management, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, and flexible working.

You will also work closely with our occupational health provider, support the implementation of reasonable adjustments, and manage the Firm\u2019s enabled employees\u2019 scheme.

In addition, you will assist with the management of annual processes such as performance grading, promotions, and salary review, and run data and conduct analysis in relation to exit interviews, leavers, sickness, and performance grading.

We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience in a HR professional/advisory role, who can build strong relationships and credibility with managers at varying levels.

You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent planning and organizational skills.

Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification.

We offer a competitive salary with an annual pay review, 25 days holiday (which will increase to 30 days based upon length of service), and private medical insurance.
