We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Regional Care Leader to join our team in Wales.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned care professional to lead a medium-sized remit and drive high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a well-established team to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Ensure sound financial performance while maintaining high standards of care.

Requirements

  • Multi-Site Manager experience with a strong understanding of CQC criteria.
  • Proven track record of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports.

About You

The successful candidate will be a confident, positive leader who can motivate staff and deliver first-class care. A salary of £70,000, plus a welcome bonus and 10% bonus, as well as private medical cover, makes this a highly attractive opportunity.

Location

This role is based in Wales, making it an ideal commute from various locations including Pontypridd, Port Talbot, Swansea, Llanelli, Abergavenny, Brecon, Hereford, Gloucester, and Stroud.
