Senior Neuro-Disability Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our prestigious neuro-disability service in London. This unique role comes with a competitive salary of up to £45,000, industry-leading training & development opportunities, and more excellent benefits.

We are committed to providing the best possible care to our patients, and we are looking for a Senior Nurse who shares our vision and values. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight to fellow nurses on shift, working closely and collaboratively with the wider MDT, and utilising complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care. You will also be expected to attend all training and engage in CPD to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing excellence.

You will be working in a highly specialised service that supports people with a range of neurological conditions, including brain injury, spinal injuries, progressive conditions, and stroke. Our service is committed to providing the highest quality care, and we are looking for a Senior Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing clinical oversight to fellow nurses on shift
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the wider MDT
  • Utilising complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care
  • Attending all training and engaging in CPD to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing excellence
  • Assisting with performance management of junior staff, following the organisation's policies and procedures
