We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team at Prezzo Banstead. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer leaves happy, wanting to return. You will be responsible for leading our waiting staff, managing restaurant operations, and contributing to our mission of becoming the UK's favourite Italian dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead our waiting staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and staff development
- Contribute to our mission of becoming the UK's favourite Italian dining experience
- Work collaboratively with our management team to achieve our goals
