We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our Italian dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to our values of One Team, Genuine Connection, Drive to Succeed, and Pride.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with our management team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless restaurant operations, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
