Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Banstead. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.
The Role:We are looking for a strong communicator with natural leadership skills and a desire to learn and grow. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Managing restaurant operations, including inventory and supplies
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives
