Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing current ERP systems across the company's European network.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support, including login assistance, user additions, and access management
- Perform daily operations support, diagnostics, error logs, and updates
- Develop process documentation for new systems and training
- Support change and risk management projects
- Minimum 3 years' experience with ERP implementation
- Strong general IT knowledge with applications, networks, storage, and infrastructure
- Excellent MS Office experience (Word, Excel, VISIO, and Power Point)
- Experience with CRM systems (desirable)
- Project management experience and ability to multitask (desirable)
