About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team at Lookers Glasgow South Land Rover.
As a Sales Executive, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first-class customer service, specialising in new and used car sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in person to understand their needs and preferences.
- Achieve sales targets, meeting minimum profit objectives, as well as finance and insurance products.
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to showcase our range of luxury vehicles.
- Complete mandatory paperwork and processes as required to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forward all new and used car enquiry leads, and building rapport with customers to convert appointments into sales.
- Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving to customers and bringing a sense of excitement to their new car purchase.
