About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Strategy and Transformation team as an External Affairs and Strategy Advisor. This is a rewarding and varied role that will make a significant impact in and outside the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Horizon scan the external operating environment to identify trends and innovations that inform decision making.
  • Undertake research and analysis to develop targeted insights for senior leaders that support our strategy.
  • Support our influencing strategy as part of the Social Justice transformational programme.
  • Ensure our approach to stakeholder management is up to date and develop targeted communications.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to translate research into high-quality briefings for senior managers.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and a good team player.
  • Ability to travel to external events and conferences as required.
