Care Assistant

Our Mission is to empower individuals to live their best lives. As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to people in Gosforth and Dinnington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care that respects individuals' dignity and promotes independence.
- Support people to achieve their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed.
- Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services.
- Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
- Communicate effectively, documenting and sharing information as required.
