Working Hours and Shift Patterns
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which for this role include late shift working and alternate weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 3 full-time or 6 part-time shifts per week, with a 2-week rota that includes alternate full weekends and evenings as agreed within your working hours.
