Food and Beverage Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hilton Woking. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across all areas of our Food and Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued in our restaurants, bars, and lounges.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences, adhering to Hilton's brand standards.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with local licensing laws.
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of tables, rooms, and other areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Upsell and promote our menu offerings, ensuring guests are aware of our latest promotions and incentives.
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets, contributing to the success of our Food and Beverage operations.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations, working effectively as part of a team or independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
  • Excellent grooming standards, adhering to Hilton's brand image and dress code.
