Food and Beverage Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hilton Woking. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all areas of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in all areas of Food and Beverage
  • Take and deliver customer orders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • Follow cash handling procedures and manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Upsell with latest departmental incentives and ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets and ensure cleanliness of work areas
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and ability to work on your own or in teams

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.80 plus service charge/tips, uniform provided and laundered, free and healthy meals when on duty, and modern and inclusive Team Member's areas.
