Retail Execution Executive Professional

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an interim Retailer Execution Executive to support our global FMCG client in delivering retailer activations and maximising the impact of their brands at the point of purchase.
This is a full-time temporary role based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £41,850 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Retailer Execution Manager in delivering retailer activations with our customer/s across all Business units.
- Maximise the impact of UL's brands at the point of purchase with our retailers.
- Engage with our retailers, agency partners, customer account teams and business unit shopper marketing and brand teams.
- Utilise relevant shopper insights and turn them into strategic actions.
- Track and evaluate activations and ensure that learnings are shared internally, delivering against KPI's and driving return on marketing investment.
- Stay current with new ways of shopping and media associated with an omnichannel world through regular store visits and online walk-throughs.
- Strong budget management skills, ensuring campaigns are executed to budget and with accurate forecasts.
Key Requirements
- Experience in developing and landing differentiated brand activations across digital and traditional channels.
- Understand retailer dynamics and strategy & put the shopper at the centre of what we do.
- Engage stakeholders, working with agencies, customers, colleagues, and experts.
- Be comfortable challenging retailer media agencies & media sales managers on their media offering.
- Use Kantar, PDC, CMI & Plan Apps to understand shopper execution performance and category dynamics.
- Communicate in a compelling and persuasive manner, delivering inspiring category-based sell-in stories to retailers.

- Contractors who are based at Kingston will be eligible to get free parking at a local carpark.
