Experienced Salesforce Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced salesforce manager to join our client's IT department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the salesforce product backlog, defining business requirements, and ensuring seamless product delivery. You will also be responsible for maximizing the value of our salesforce platform to meet organisational goals.
About the Role:
- Manage the salesforce product backlog and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Define business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to drive the development and enhancement of salesforce-based solutions
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the salesforce product backlog
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define business requirements
- Ensure seamless product delivery through effective project management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a salesforce product owner or scrum master
- Strong knowledge of salesforce capabilities, including apex, visualforce, lightning, and salesforce APIs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing salesforce development teams and implementing salesforce in large enterprise organisations
