Millbank Holdings is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to drive the development of safety operations and processes within a specialist chemical manufacturing company.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Training Manager (SHEQT) to become responsible for developing, managing, and leading improvements to all SHEQ, Training, and Manufacturing Excellence processes.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure compliance with internal, shareholder, and statutory requirements. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including additional 5 days holiday, company pension, excellent healthcare, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the execution of the client SHE policy and standards, preparing for and leading the TAR SHE Management process.
  2. Act as an expert for Q&E management systems, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance.
  3. Develop and implement a training and development plan across the client, ensuring occupational SHE professionals have significant operational experience in chemical manufacturing.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically and take ownership of projects, with a strong understanding of process and shift operations, skilled in a range of management styles with an emphasis on coaching.
