We are looking for a SHEQ Management Professional to join our team at SRG's Runcorn site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Quality & Environmental Management Systems.

In this role, you will ensure that our site meets Internal and External audit requirements and lead the training processes to maintain high SHE standards. Additionally, you will drive sustainable manufacturing improvements to identify and deliver enhancements in SHE, Quality, Reliability, Output, and Costs.

About This Role

You will be working on-site at our Runcorn location, where you will oversee the review and continuous improvement of SHE & local Security management processes. You will collaborate with our team to achieve annual SHE targets and contribute to the development of quality and environmental management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop Quality & Environmental Management Systems
  • Ensure Internal and External audit requirements are met
  • Lead training processes to maintain high SHE standards
  • Drive sustainable manufacturing improvements

Requirements

  • Occupational SHE experience in chemical manufacturing
  • Recognised SHE qualification preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and BSI processes
  • Manufacturing excellence techniques (Lean 6-Sigma)
  • Understanding of process and shift operations
