We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Group Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the development of our children aged 3-4 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early years education and care
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting
  • Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners
  • Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported, and motivated
  • Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment, champions partnership working, and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others
