We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Group Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and supporting their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Early Years Educators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address any gaps.

Requirements:
- Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting.
- Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
- Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported, and motivated.
