Job Title: Retail Team Leader

Role Overview:

DCK Group is a leading fashion jewellery company, working with renowned retailers and high street fashion brands. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face contact and hands-on merchandising expertise in our partner stores, while also managing a team of retail associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
  • Provide line management support to your team, including zone escalation and ad-hoc expertise
  • Follow operational processes and policies to ensure an efficient and safe working environment
  • Utilise our industry-leading scheduling system to plan appointments and manage your time effectively

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in a retail setting is essential
  • Confident and positive with good interpersonal skills
  • Happy to work unsupervised, following written and visual instructions
  • Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone using your own vehicle
  • Access to a device with Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later
  • Confident with the use of mobile software and apps

  • Flexible working hours with no weekend working
  • A 32-hour contract per week, Monday to Friday

Location: You will cover the zone of Bletchley and your base town will be Bletchley.

Driving Requirements: This is a multi-site role, requiring you to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Desirable Skills: Being tech-savvy is an advantage, as we use various apps to streamline our operations.
