Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our Data Center Solutions team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our distribution partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the distribution partner channel in the territory.
- Create and deliver value propositions that address customer pain points and technical or commercial requirements.
- Drive sales and business development of DCS product range by extending support to partners.
- Identify and develop new partners and networks in the region to boost DCS product sales.
- Connect with end customers, contractors, and consultants to increase visibility of opportunities and Delta DCS products.
- Organize training and capacity building of partners to grow DCS business and reputation.
- Develop solution business by engaging relevant stakeholders and supporting technically and commercially.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and responsibilities.
- Technical degree (industrial engineering, electronic engineering, material engineering, etc.) and experience highly desirable.
- Profound knowledge of the local market in data centers or other critical environments.
- Experience of UPS and data centers and proven experience of sales and business development.
- Active participation in sales and support.
- Strong and proven experience in sales processes.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Excellent level of English, verbal and written.
- Structured and well-organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines.
