About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Ambassador to join our team at the St James Hotel and Club. As a Restaurant Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have an unforgettable dining experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  1. Serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  2. Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant area.
  3. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You should also be proficient in English, as well as eligible to work in the UK.

The estimated salary for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including training opportunities, to support your growth and development within the company.
