This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the reception area, ensuring that every guest receives a warm and professional first impression. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and excellent English language skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000-£62,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as a 50% staff discount, extra holiday allowance, and access to discounts on various retailers and services.
Key responsibilities include managing bookings, allocating tables efficiently, training and leading the reception team, and providing up-to-date information on the restaurant's menu and specials.
