Job Summary:

Chace People is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring the efficient processing of recruitment documents and data.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate information, job descriptions, and contracts.
  • Coordinate communication with clients and candidates, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment procedures and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment or sales environment.
  • Native-level command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in office software, including CRM databases, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
