Job Summary:
Chace People is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring the efficient processing of recruitment documents and data.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate information, job descriptions, and contracts.
- Coordinate communication with clients and candidates, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment procedures and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment or sales environment.
- Native-level command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in office software, including CRM databases, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
