Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. You will be working closely with our management team to assist with administrative tasks, site coordination, and general operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks including document management, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Ensure that all operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with site managers and staff to address any issues and ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Support the implementation of operational strategies and improvements.

  • Handle inquiries from clients and guests in a professional manner.
  • Provide support to the operations manager and other senior staff.
Requirements
  • Must have previous experience in the hospitality industry or serviced offices.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
