**Role Description**

Victim Support is seeking a dedicated Hate Crime Resolution Expert to join our team in Kent, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Hate Crime Resolution Expert, you will play a key role in directly supporting individuals affected by hate crime, providing individualized structured resources and information to ensure service users receive the necessary support to navigate the criminal justice system and recover from the impact of crime.

Your primary responsibilities will include carrying out risk assessments, safety planning, and assessment of needs, as well as developing and implementing individual support plans. You will work closely with other teams to ensure comprehensive support services are provided to service users.

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in social work or a related field is highly desirable.

**Salary & Benefits**

We offer a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), and a competitive rewards package, including flexible working options, enhanced sick pay allowances, and pension contributions.
