Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at Dover Corporation.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate field service operations to optimize resource efficiency, availability, and customer responsiveness.
  • Create and manage service orders, allocate resources, and maintain planning boards in SAP Field Service Management.
  • Determine service stock availability, process installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance jobs.
  • Prepare and send quotations for services to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily service order creation, allocation, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning boards for field service technicians.
  • Process requests for installations and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
  • Perform duties related to invoice collection and payment processing.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of administrative tasks and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC and SAP FSM, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
