About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Custody Paramedic to join our dynamic team at HCRG Care Group. As a Custody Paramedic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals detained by the police or other agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments and provide care to individuals in police custody.
  • Provide healthcare interventions to manage minor illnesses or injuries and refer onwards for more serious conditions.
  • Undertake forensic examinations of individuals in police custody to record and collect DNA evidence.
  • Support the clinical governance agenda of the organisation.
  • Administer medications through PGDs and PTPs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Confidence and ability to make quick decisions.
  • Autonomy to manage your own workload.
