Senior Design and Analysis Engineer

Axis Technology and Development Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design and Analysis Engineer to join our team based in Gilford, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our Design Team, you will be responsible for producing detailed designs and drawings using SolidWorks software, coordinating with Senior Designers and Technicians to manage projects, and reducing cost and cycle time on current plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop precision engineering systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve design quality
  • Participate in research and development projects to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in precision engineering design and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of SolidWorks and other design software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel internationally for project-related work
