About the RoleThe successful candidate will have significant experience managing a ward/unit and broad senior clinical and managerial experience relevant to the post. You will be accountable for all clinical and non-clinical aspects of quality within the service and will work closely with the Senior Team to deliver outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide innovative, clinical, professional, and managerial leadership, ensuring the provision of high-quality, responsive services with the needs of the patient at the center of care.
- Be accountable for all clinical and non-clinical aspects of quality within the service.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
- Support the Head of Nursing by leading and developing nurses and nursing practice.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- Current and relevant NMC registration.
- First-level registered nurse.
- Teaching and assessing qualification.
- Degree in a health-related subject.
