About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality and well-maintained environment for service users.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Engage in social interactions and activities with service users, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
