Job Title: Clinical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Project Coordinator to join our team in London. As a Clinical Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the management of clinical trials, working closely with our Clinical Trial Managers and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trial projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific status reports, timelines, and enrolment projections.
  • Interact with internal project teams, sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Own and maintain the Trial Master File, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Coordinate project meetings and produce high-quality minutes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and experience in a health sciences or business setting.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
