Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of Paid Search campaigns for a range of clients across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and Display Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of Paid Search campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Track campaign performance, implement A/B testing, and optimize ad copy, budget management, bid strategies, and audience targeting.
- Provide account management and updates for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Report on campaign performance on a monthly basis, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Support the wider team in driving new business, preparing pitches for new clients, and contributing to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Paid Search Manager or Paid Media Manager position, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong Paid Media management skills and experience with Google Analytics/GA4.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to implement new processes and ensure efficiency within the Paid Media function.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary between £35k-£45k, opportunities to earn commission, hybrid working (2 days per week in the office), and 24 days holiday + BHs.
