Paid Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of Paid Search campaigns for a range of clients across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and Display Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the execution of Paid Search campaigns for a range of clients across various platforms.
  • Track performance of campaigns and implement A/B testing and other optimisation methods to ensure campaigns are optimised effectively.
  • Be client-facing and provide account management and updates for key accounts.
  • Report on campaign performance on a monthly basis.
  • Support wider team to drive new business, including preparing pitches for new clients to drive overall business growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Paid Search Manager or Paid Media Manager position, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong Paid Media management skills and experience with Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Ability to implement new processes and processes to ensure efficiency within the Paid Media function.
What We Offer:

Competitive salary between £35k-£45k + opportunities to earn commission, hybrid working (2 days per week in the office), 24 days holiday + BHs.
